At Scentro, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality aromatherapy rollerball sets. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for used products, including opened aromatherapy rollerballs.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Once your return is approved, securely package the item(s) and ship it to the address provided.
Please do not send back items without prior authorization from our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Scentro.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item is eligible for return:
- Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we will notify you and may return the item back to you at your expense.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Used or opened aromatherapy rollerballs.
- Items that are not in their original packaging or that have been tampered with.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To resolve the issue:

- We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including the cost of shipping.
